Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Huntress Club collects, why we hold it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. Huntress Club is operated by Materia Mind Inc., a corporation registered in Delaware, United States (“Huntress Club”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at bakharew@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
Account information. Your name, your email address, and a securely hashed password if you set one. If you sign in with Google, see section 2.
Course activity. Which lessons you open and complete, your answers to exercises, and your scores — so your progress follows you between devices and your manager can see how you are getting on.
Your voice. Most exercises ask you to answer out loud. Your browser records a short clip, sends it to us, and we forward it for transcription. We do not store the audio — it is held in memory for the length of the request and discarded. The resulting text is kept with your progress so your answers can be marked and reviewed.
Technical information. Standard server and security logs, including IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider.
2. Google Sign-In and Google user data
If you choose “Continue with Google”, we ask Google only for the openid, email and profile scopes. From those we access your name, your email address, your profile picture and your Google account identifier.
We use that data for one purpose: to create your Huntress Club account and sign you in. Your email address identifies your account and is the address we use to contact you about it. Because Google confirms that you control that address, signing in with Google also confirms your email with us.
We store your name, email address and Google account identifier in our database for as long as your account exists. We do not request, receive or store your Google password, and we do not hold a Google access token beyond what is needed to complete sign-in.
We share Google user data only with the infrastructure providers listed in section 4, acting on our instructions to host and run this service, and only where the law requires. We never sell it, never transfer it to advertisers or data brokers, and never use it for advertising, profiling or credit decisions.
Huntress Club's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Huntress Club from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so stops future Google sign-ins; to remove the data we already hold, use section 6.
3. What we do not collect here
This website does not ask for your home address, your government ID, your date of birth documents or your bank details. If those are needed for a signed streaming agreement, they are collected separately at that point, and not through this site.
4. Who processes it for us
We keep the list short on purpose, and each provider only receives what it needs:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and server logs (United States).
- Neon Inc. — the database holding your account and progress (United States).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sending account email such as confirmation and password-reset links. Receives your email address only.
- ElevenLabs Inc. — converts lesson text to speech, and transcribes the answers you speak. Receives the audio clip for the length of the request.
- Anthropic PBC — marks your open answers and returns feedback. Receives the text of your answer and the question it answers, not your name or email.
- Google LLC — only if you use Google Sign-In, as described in section 2.
These providers act on our instructions under their own data-protection terms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Where it is held, and for how long
Your data is processed in the United States. If you are in the UK or the EEA, that is a transfer outside your region; we rely on the standard contractual clauses our providers offer for it.
We keep your account and progress for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep by law. Server and security logs are kept for a short operational period by our hosting provider. Voice recordings are never retained.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email bakharew@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will action it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Security
Access to the database is restricted to a least-privilege application role, traffic is encrypted in transit, and passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
8. Age
Huntress Club is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and we verify age before any working relationship begins. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we will tell account holders about anything material. Our Terms of Service sit alongside this policy.
