Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Huntress Club website, course and member services (together, the “Service”), operated by Materia Mind Inc., a corporation registered in Delaware, United States (“Huntress Club”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or applying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or apply. We verify age before any working relationship begins. The Service is for women seeking to stream on TikTok LIVE and is not open to minors under any circumstances.

2. What we provide

We provide training, coaching, access to streaming facilities where available, and ongoing support. We are an independent creator network (also called a LIVE agency). We are not TikTok, we do not speak for TikTok, and nothing on this site is endorsed by or issued on behalf of TikTok. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and TikTok.

3. No earnings guarantee

Streaming income depends entirely on your own effort, consistency and audience, and on TikTok's own rules and payouts. We do not promise, guarantee or estimate any level of earnings. Any figures a manager shares are illustrative of what some streamers have achieved, never a promise of what you will.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may create an account with an email and password, or with Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In and an account already exists for that email address, we connect the two rather than creating a second account — what we receive from Google is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

5. Your conduct

When you stream, you must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and LIVE monetisation rules, as well as the standards we teach. You are responsible for your own content. You agree not to misuse the Service — no sharing your account, no scraping or copying the course, no attempt to break or probe the systems behind it, and nothing unlawful.

6. The agreement that governs your earnings

The commercial terms of any streaming relationship — revenue split, payment schedule, expectations — are set out in a separate written agreement provided to you before you sign. This website does not set those terms. Ask for them in writing, and read them, before committing. Where that agreement and these terms conflict on a commercial point, that agreement wins.

7. The course material

The lessons, audio, written material and the site itself belong to us. You may use them to learn and to do the job; you may not republish, resell, or share them outside Huntress Club. Anything you write or say into an exercise stays yours — you give us permission to process it so we can mark it and show you your progress, and nothing more.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and marking is automated and can be wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost earnings or lost streaming opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending it

You can stop using the Service and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that repeatedly breaches platform rules, or that behaves in a way that puts you or others at risk. Sections 7, 8 and 10 survive the end of this agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes and contact
